Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Local Adboost service ("Service") operated by Local Adboost Oy ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Local Adboost creates, launches, and manages Google Ads campaigns on your behalf. The Service includes:
- Automated creation of Google Ads campaigns (Performance Max, local Search, brand Search)
- Daily budget management ensuring spend does not exceed your agreed monthly cap
- Weekly AI-driven optimisation of ad copy and negative keywords
- A client dashboard for viewing performance and editing assets
2. Subscription and billing
The Service is billed on a monthly basis. Your first month is billed at €50; subsequent months at the standard rate shown at sign-up (currently €99/month including €50 of Google ad spend).
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the first of each calendar month unless cancelled. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.
3. Ad spend and budget cap
Your monthly subscription includes a fixed Google ad spend allocation ("Media Budget"). We enforce this cap automatically. We will never charge your Google Ads account more than the agreed Media Budget in any calendar month. In the unlikely event of Google overdelivery beyond the cap, we cover the difference.
The Media Budget is managed via Google's consolidated billing on our Manager Account (MCC). You do not need to provide a credit card to Google directly.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your campaigns will continue to run until then; no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of the period.
5. Your Google Ads account
We create and manage a Google Ads sub-account on your behalf under our Manager Account. You retain ownership of all campaign data. Upon cancellation we pause your campaigns; the account remains accessible in Google Ads Manager. We do not delete accounts.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to advertise products or services that violate Google's advertising policies, applicable law, or our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these policies without notice.
7. Intellectual property
AI-generated ad copy created for your account belongs to you. We retain ownership of the platform, software, and proprietary methodology.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
9. Data processing
We process personal data on your behalf as a data processor under GDPR. Our full Data Processing Agreement is available at /privacy. By using the Service you agree to its terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
